Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Olive O’Malley including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions, this also included tattoo form unless permission is given by the artist. The purchase of any item, original or any other form, does not allow the customer permission to print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without the artist's express written consent.
Posting images on social media is always welcome but please credit the artist.

ethos and shipping

Shipping and packaging is included and on full display when purchasing an item. Although the artist makes extra precautions to ensure the product is protected, please note that the artist is not responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping.
While the artist aims to get orders on a quick turnaround, the artist does use a local printing company and larger orders could take up to 1-2 week turnaround.
Packing is done as eco and sustainably as possible, using potato starch packaging and compostable packaging also. The artist will source and use Cornish recycled paper for prints where possible.

The artist reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective imminently. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions regularly upon using this website and purchasing items from the artist.
